Living in an apartment as living in a house
Life in a house compared to a life in the apartment building differs most from the use of the garden and the outside space.
However, it is still possible to live in an apartment and enjoy the benefits of living in a stand-alone house.
Such is the case in our recent project of a luxury 180m2 apartment with its own entrance, the direct exit to the garden and with its own outer space.
The apartment is stretched through two floors plus basement. Ground floor consists of a living space (kitchen, dining room, living room) while the bedrooms are located on the first floor.
The basement with the sufficient sunlight is designed as a children’s play area and a space for multimedia.
This project develops in parallel with the project of the entire building planned for construction in 2019.
