Modern holiday home on slopes of Učka
The uniqueness of this modern house with a swimming pool, fitness area, wine cellar, garage, and luxurious spaces filled with natural light is that it had to be integrated into the irregular shape of the plot and the slope, preserving the original natural environment, dry-stone walls, and largely existing vegetation.
