Project of two modern villas in Istria
Architectural project of two semi-attached villas in Istria.
The villas are located on separate plots, but due to spatial planning and construction requirements, they needed to be designed as two semi-attached structures.
They are connected by their shortest gable wall and are both oriented towards the sea.
The project follows the natural terrain, and the elevation changes and the design of their shape ensure appropriate privacy for the owners.
Both villas consist of multiple levels: basement, ground floor, and first floor.
Gross building area of villa A: 420 sqm.
GBP building area of villa B: 315 sqm.
