How to get maximum from minimum
Since the plot of land in Zagreb’s Pešćenica neighborhood was very small, the architect was faced with the question could a high-quality project be done on such a small plot?
There was already a very small house on that plot, which was supposed to be replaced by a modern family house. The plot of 160m2 was to be utilized to the maximum. The future house was to have 160m2 gross floor area, excellent disposition of space and full functionality. The house was to be surrounded by sufficient green areas.
The house comprises of two apartments, one of them being a two-story apartment. Although the apartments are not big in size, one has two bedrooms, and the other even three. The apartments are functionally separated and have different orientations which gives them greater privacy.
