This particular house will be built in the vicinity of the city of Zadar. The total floor area comprises 220m2.
The house contains four apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. It has a flat roof which is used as a roof terrace. One part of the terrace is covered, because it contains an open summer kitchen, while the other part is used as a sundeck. The terrace is shared and it can be accessed from a common stairway.
