When small gets big
A family house/holiday home with only 135m2 net surface.
This project is destined to a family of at least 5 members. Despite being a relatively small house, it aims to provide sufficient comfort to all.
The ground floor apartment belongs to parents and it has all it needs for living. Room, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and direct access to the pool and terrace.
However, the first floor that consists mainly of bedrooms, has it’s autonomy as well. All rooms have direct access to a common terrace while preserving their independence and privacy. Moreover, it is possible to get directly to the pool without passing through the ground floor apartment. A little kitchenette on the first floor can be helpful too, for all those little things we can cook while not bothering parents down below.
In conclusion: The organization is the key. With good planning, even small places succeed to become big.
