Apartment village Debeljak, near Zadar
Although at first it resembles an apartment village built using prefabricated elements, however, this project conforms to the norms of the conventional solid building.
Even though the buildings were primarily intended for summer tourism, due to the fact that all of the houses adhere to high building and energy efficiency standards, they are can also be rented out year-round. Each individual house consists of two apartments and can accommodate 8 to 10 people. Each apartment has a spacious external area with landscaped vegetation and a swimming pool of 30m2. The apartment village is not positioned directly on the coastline, however, the links with Zadar airport, the city of Zadar and the village of Sukošan are superb.
