Malešnica, Zagreb
An apartment building containing 7 apartments ranging from 65 to 90 square meters in size was constructed in Zagreb’s Malešnica neighborhood during 2016. Before it was even finished, all the apartments were sold.
The apartments are rather unique, having double or even triple orientation, and their own external spaces: balconies, terraces or patios.
One of the apartments was custom-made for a familiar buyer, and the apartment was carried out as a two-storey apartment with a patio.
The building comprises of a total of 7 apartments, the bigger ones having at last three, and the smaller ones two bedrooms. For example, one of the apartments is 78m2 and has three bedrooms, a terrace, and a well-integrated corridor. Since the corridors are limited to a minimum, enough space in each apartment is preserved to ensure separate bathrooms and toilets.
