Created to suit the IT department
The building was designed for an international manufacturing company whose IT department is located in Croatia. The investor’s wish is for the building to be stylish and modern, to be able to accommodate up to 60 employees, with several meeting spaces of different sizes, a laboratory and an apartment for temporary accommodation.
The project is made in the way that the building can easily be extended in the future, to satisfy the company growth.
