It is a general rule that the best real estate investment is done in the district or the region that you know best.

Such is the case of a project in an authentic village in Herzegovina close to the famous pilgrimage place Medjugorje.
The apartment complex, with a common building that houses a restaurant, wedding hall and entertaining hall, together makes up a 2,500 m2. Residential buildings are on average 250m2 in size and are connected by one central assembly and a common square.
The buildings are designed in a way to blend with the surrounding nature which is characterized by the stone rocks and Mediterranean vegetation.
Besides to its tourist purpose, the project is aimed at meeting the needs of the local community in the form of organization of weddings, celebrations and other group events.
