High-quality location, vicinity of a school, parks and other facilities can be a great starting point for a future property. And if we add vicinity of a sports centre, swimming pools, a promenade and a lake, the situation is almost ideal.
This is exactly the situation of one of our current projects on the lake Jarun, where the construction works should commence in 2017.
The building of 890m2 comprises 8 apartments ranging from 70 to 107m2 in size. What makes these apartments special are their sunken living rooms, providing ceiling heights of up to 3.5 m. This lowering improves spatial organization and functionality, and also adds to the sense of luxury, additionally enhanced by large glass walls.
